(4) Lightning rods and earthing devices should be greater than 3 metres from roads and exits, otherwise a 5 to 8 cm thick gravel or asphalt pavement should be laid to protect personnel from stride voltage hazards.
(5) Lighting lines, telephone lines, broadcasting lines, antennas, etc. should not be erected within the lightning rod or frame.
(6) If lighting equipment is installed on a separate lightning rod or frame, its power line must use lead-skinned cable or be threaded into a steel pipe and buried directly into the ground, with a length of more than 10 metres
